The reason was that `0.16` was not available at that time :D. I will bump it
and fix metrics-util.

I only needed the `approx-0_5` and I saw that at the time the main branch
simply removed `approx-0_5` and bumped it, so I was considering to patch the
appropriate dependents. But this has resolved itself with the new release. I
will update the reviews shortly.
