This one is a false positive. If you have "BuildRequires: python3-pytest" or
somethign similar ten you're fine for all Fedoras around.

This is a problematic one indeed. I believe people will start to take attention
because this is a basic (cornerstone) component of a modern Python stack for
Ethereum/IPFS/Web3.
