Thanks Ben. I had assumed that a majority of the tests required network but
clearly that's not the case. In its current state though, with all these
failing tests, I'm not sure if it's fit to be packaged for F41+ just yet. We
can skip the tests to make it build, but I'd rather we wait for the issues to
be fixed first.

I'll keep an eye on the upstream issues and update the review when they're
fixed. In the meantime, the pybids update will have to wait :(
