This fails to build:

Problem 1: nothing provides requested (crate(nu-protocol/default) >= 0.96.1
with crate(nu-protocol/default) < 0.97.0~)
Problem 2: nothing provides requested (crate(nu-protocol/plugin) >= 0.96.1 with
crate(nu-protocol/plugin) < 0.97.0~)
Problem 3: nothing provides requested (crate(nu-utils/default) >= 0.96.1 with
crate(nu-utils/default) < 0.97.0~)
