The remark about the SPDX connectives is no longer true, so you can ignore
that.

FYI, I have orphaned the ecl package.  I maintained it for the benefit of
sagemath, which is no longer available from Fedora.  I thought one of the
maxima package maintainers would pick it up, but they have not.  If it is not
claimed soon, it will be retired.
