Yes, the 1.0.1-2 tag is a bit special (created to make it more friendly for
packaging) -- but API-wise it's still just 1.0.1 really, so I'll keep it as
such in the .spec. It will be all straightened out in the next upstream release
in due in September. (It may be 1.0.2 or 1.1.0 -- I'll see depending on what
goes into it...)

I have added the CIO_LOCATOR_FILE to the make command line, as you suggested.
Good catch, thanks!

I'm now running a test build on Copr with the latest spec. If it looks good,
I'll submit the spec and SRPM links below...
