Fabio Valentini reports, “yeah, marshalparser is not pulled in […] Recommends
are not strong enough here,” and Neil Hanlon adds, “AFAIK the intention is for
python-devel to declare a dep against Marshallparsher if not in bootstrap
mode.” So this is known, and there is a plan to fix it.
