Hi,

the most recent version of gnunet is 0.21.1 and is also currently built here
successfully:

 - https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/schanzen/gnunet
 - https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/schanzen/gnunet/build/7164125/

You can find the respective spec files there, I guess. There is also a review
output here:
