I did some sleuthing, and it appears to be only used by
https://github.com/thp/psmoveapi/blob/master/src/utils/sixpair.c ; everything
else in the codebase uses either libusb-1.0 or hidapi. Short term, setting
PSMOVE_USE_SIXPAIR to OFF should disable this (at the cost of losing the
ability to pair navigation controllers) and rid us of the dependency. Long
term, this should really be ported to libusb-1.0 (which looks doable, albeit
not entirely trivial).
