I copied most of the spec file from catch's spec:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/catch/blob/rawhide/f/catch.spec

This spec file does include the symbolic links to the real `.so` in the
`-devel` package.  What's the right way to do that?


If i were to correct it somehow, how can I still use `%autochangelog` and bump
the version.  Is that possible?
