Thanks for the clarification and the useful tool.

The libbpf version is the same as the one that is packaged, not a specific
commit. As it is static, not so much
difference from bundling, however maybe the build can use the packaged version
when the same release is used?
This would add a conditional in the spec file.  Not sure if compilation options
are significantly different.
