Thanks for contributing to Fedora.

Utilities in C! may be helpful for other packages, so it is good to make it
easy to use, maintain and extend.

Having subpackages would help minimize dependencies that are not required in
other projects. For example sqlite3 could be used in only one/a few
subpackages. Maybe this is worth suggesting upstream? It would require more
changes than providing one library with all features, so is a worthwhle future
development but does not prevent inclusion in Fedora.

I think python3-devel is required. A subpackage with Python files seems useful.
Will you want this in EPEL as well?
