I think that it is an upstream issue. I don't think so. When I download your spec file, your patch, and let rpmbuild to download the sources automatically, then the generated SRPM doesn't have this checksum mismatch. Is it possible that you have some outdated or wrong sources tarball in your ~/rpmbuild/SOURCES/ directory?
