What is the purpose of this line? Are you sure you didn't mean:
```
Provides:       %{oldname} = %{version}-%{release}
```

```

It should be updated to 5.1-6 since rebuilds happened (release at 5 + 1 to make
sure the %{_dist} doesn't interfere as stated by the guidelines).

Finally, is the main admin of gnome-passwordsafe (Paul Carroty) aware of this
rename process (just to make sure no issue happen when it comes to retiring the
package)?
