Please ignore separate spec and changelog files, this is how OBS works. It
combines them when building packages, so resulting binary and source packages
contain proper changelog, and spec file included in SRPM has changelog
included.
Also please ignore that I didn't increase release number, OBS does this
automatically, as you can see from SRPM file name and its version.
