https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1979790 --- Comment #9 from Davide Cavalca <dcavalca@xxxxxx> --- I believe this is already the case. The specfile is currently doing: # Make test case compatible with Go 1.17 Patch0: https://github.com/urfave/cli/pull/1299.patch This will result in spectool downloading the patch, and it will be included in dist-git alongside the specfile when the package is imported. This is a pretty common pattern, and I personally prefer it because it makes it obvious that we're using an unmodified patch from upstream. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are always notified about changes to this product and component You are on the CC list for the bug. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1979790 _______________________________________________ package-review mailing list -- package-review@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to package-review-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/package-review@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply to spam on the list, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure
