Gentle reminder that only Fedora and EPEL macros are allowed in Fedora spec files [0]. >From how I'm reading the upstream license [1], there needs to be some license adjustments in the spec file. The -libs and -devel subpackages are "GPLv2+ or LGPLv2+", and need the license field and %license files to reflect that. Everything else is just GPLv2+.
