I also see that "windowresolution=X%" option is no longer supported in the
config file. But yes, judging just from that table, the differences seem very
small.

Alright, I haven't had time to play with dosbox for a long time, but if this is
the case, replacing it with dosbox-staging sounds like a clear-cut improvement.
