Compiler/linker messages don't tell much, so look for options to make them
verbose, which will make build.log output much more useful.

  V=1 make %{?_smp_mflags}


> rw-r--r--  /usr/lib64/pkgconfig/libucl.pc

$ pkg-config --cflags libucl
-I/usr/include/ 

Since /usr/include is a standard search path, explicitly adding it via -I can
troublesome in projects that want to customize the include directories.
