The package doesn't build now:

+ /usr/bin/python3 setup.py test

In order to run the tests, you need to get the runtime requirements:

  BuildRequires: python3dist(systemd)
  BuildRequires: python3dist(psutil)

That can be automated as well, but not wth the current macros and guidelines.
