No, but we setup it with kickstart scripts for our internal cluster.

[root@rdma-dev-01 ~]$ cat /etc/security/limits.d/rdma.conf 
# configuration for rdma performance tuning
*       soft    memlock         unlimited
*       hard    memlock         unlimited
*       soft    stack           unlimited
*       hard    stack           unlimited
*       soft    core            unlimited
