Some of the Python 2 packages on which it depended had themselves been deprecated and orphanded. The new beta version of pwntools now supports Python 3: https://github.com/Gallopsled/pwntools/blob/4.0.0beta0/CHANGELOG.md Pwntools is a CTF framework and exploit development library. Written in Python, it is designed for rapid prototyping and development, and intended to make exploit writing as simple as possible.
