Man pages should not be not executable (0644, not 0755). rpmlint also says you
shouldn't own the directory:

warning: macro `envrc' not defined

The manual-page-warning also seems to say there's probably a mistake in the
manpage, which should be reported upstream.

Please fix these on import.
