When I was working on the package I had a chat with the upstream developer and
I gave him two options to make our work simpler: 1) Include tests in PyPI
tarball so we can run them during a build of RPM or 2) tag releases on Github
so we can easily use it as a source.

I would prefer to use PyPI as a source to omit commit hash but it's just a
nitpick and nothing serious.
