What do you mean? Maybe you wonder python36-bottle is not available in epel7,
is it needed for tests only? And I don't want to conditionalize tests in case
of python2 for legacy reasons, all or nothing there with py2.


For the sphinx part, I've no idea how to keep the code as readable as possible
without confusing python2 and python3 runtimes.
