If I have time today, I'll throw something together based off the builtin help it offers. As far as GH versus sourceforge...I'll defer to more experienced hands. I suppose on second thought perhaps this isn't as big an issue as I first thought - as long as you are aware of the need to monitor the upstream GH repo for any changes, and as long as upstream keeps the sourceforge release current with GH.
