Re, OpenSSL 1.1:  For applications that use the high level API, changes may be
straightforward.  For applications like the TSS that require low level crypto
manipulation, it's a rewrite.  It's not just a rebuild with some minor changes.

Note that, for the TPM side, which needs even more primitive functions, the
port is even harder.

It's open source.  Anyone can try the port.  My feeling is that I'd like to
focus on developing applications at present.
