SPEC in SRPM and SPEC linked in the review still differ.

You can remove runtime requirements to rubygem-proxifier and
rubygem-resolve-hostname. They are handled directly by rpm.

The install currently fails due to missing dependencies, the package itself
looks good, the interpreter issues are fixed.
