Possibly, but tibbs and others are working on creating a macro which would
create whole python subpackages, so the change would be short-termed anyway.

Instead of having /usr/share/doc/python-breathe-doc and
/usr/share/licenses/python2-breathe/license and
/usr/share/licenses/python3/license and
/usr/share/licenses/python-breathe-doc/license you'd have
/usr/share/doc/python-breathe and /usr/share/license/python-breathe, the latter
coowned by all three subpackages. I think that's nicer for the user.

%{name} is the standard.

Current versions looks fine.
