Note that you can easily build a package for F24/rawhide from F23 using Koji.

I'm also on F23 and I do that all the time. I sometimes find it even easier
than building packages on my machine, since everything is done automatically
from a clean environment.

You may also be able to install manually the F24 packages for npm if you
prefer.
