Ah, this one. Sorry, that can be marked as %doc. I'm not sure if it should,
though. It seems that most of the information it provides is already available
in RPM metadata and some other info will probably not be that interesting to
normal users. Since there'll be PKG-INFO in the package anyway, I'd probably
not include this one.
I think this is a matter of taste, so I'll let you do the final decision and
just leave my "-0" here.
