Summary: Review Request: msmtp - an SMTP client https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=243631 ------- Additional Comments From wolfy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 2007-06-19 17:32 EST ------- FWIW, I 100% agree with Patrice in all respects. Neither of this replacement packages should provide MTA. But until all packages which requires MTA instead of requiring /usr/sbin/sendmail are fixed, this is a functional workaround. Anyway, just like Patrice has said it's up to you to decide. With respect to sasl: the problem is somehow solved: package builds happily when using Michael Flamings libgsasl (http://www.enlartenment.com/packages/fedora/7/x86_64/repodata/repoview/libgsasl-0-0.2.16-1.fc7.mf.html) I guess it's high time we kindly ask Michael to submit this package to Fedora :). Unless someone else decides to do it, of course -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug, or are watching the QA contact. _______________________________________________ Fedora-package-review mailing list Fedora-package-review@xxxxxxxxxx http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-package-review
