The python2 and python3 binaries should work the same. According to the
guidelines, I may add them in only one package, the python3 one if possible. I
can add them for python2 if you wish.

I do: I have the BuildRequires:  python2-devel in the python 2 subpackage and
BuildRequires:  python3-devel in the python3 one.
