Forget about rpmlint - It's an aid, but much closer to BS than to a real tool.

This is intentional, because %dist tags in changelog entries will force
maintainers to modify their specs each time they are merging from different
branches.

Nobody with a little experience in Fedora would apply $dist tags in changelog
entries and ... almost nobody has done so for > 10 years.
