This was a 2013 note on the hazards of consensus.  This is not a mere
hypothetical, paranoid concern.  It consensus already broke once due to leveldb
in early 2013, and things got close to horribly wrong due to unexpected
behaviors or bugs in openssl.

This is fixable and Fedora can feasibly ship Bitcoin safely.  We just need to
fully communicate the issues between upstream Bitcoin and FESCo and decide on
what we can do together.  More details forthcoming.
