Upstream has several major concerns about how to proceed here.  It is rather
complex to the point that I need to draft several pages and get them to review
it before approaching FESCo.

Please be patient and know that I am handling this.  This must not be rushed if
you want Bitcoin to be safe.  It matters that we get this right in how Fedora
and (and later EPEL) ships Bitcoin because a Fedora-specific bug could cause
the entire world to fail due to the peculiar and relatively new field of
consensus critical networks.
