Done :)  I see now that this is a requirement (well, stated as "should" at
least) in the official Packaging Guidelines too
(https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Requires_2).

Fixed.  Now builds, tests, etc on Fedora 22 Alpha 3.

Once again, I've updated the Spec and SRPM files linked at the top.
