In an earlier iteration, I tried to build documentation with doxygen, which
inserted jquery into the output directory.  Then I found that the doxygen
documentation is almost entirely useless (almost no doxygen comments in the
sources), so I dropped it again, but forgot to remove the Provides.  I'll drop
that next time, and also fix the file permission problems.

So it is.  And it has a non-free license.  Hmmm, I'm going to have to consult
with abc upstream on this one.  Hopefully it can be removed without damage to
the rest of the system.  There will be a short delay....
