At that point, we will have to make an icehouse branch and may still need to make changes to the icehouse tempest rpm after that. At that point we will have more than one tempest "stream" so I don't see how we can have a single tempest rpm to handle this. We could create a new rpm with "icehouse" in its name when we create the "stable" icehouse branch for tempest but then users would have to change the name of the package they were using to test icehouse.
