After some discussion on #fedora-desktop, it turns out porting apps to the new
vte version is more complicated than I initially thought. In particular, chpe
suggested that we should go for fully parallel installable versions (including
the -devel subpackage and everything.)

I've come up with a new way for doing this in order to avoid disruption with
other vte-using packages besides gnome-terminal. The new attempt is at
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1095218

I am going to close this review request and scrap compat-vte036; thanks for the
help with the review here David, and sorry for causing extra work.
