pjproject released version 2.2 yesterday, which fixes up all the items that
were addressed by the Asterisk fork.

I've put together an update .spec file and SRPM at

The only outstanding item that I'm aware of is that we're still using the
bundled copy of ilbc, instead of using the system library.  I would appreciate
some help from those more skilled at hacking build systems to help me write a
patch to use the system iLBC library instead of the bundled version. 
Everything else in the "third_party" directory has been eliminated.
