This makes the spec file self-contained. By policy, in almost every case, source tags should contain URLs: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Tags (There are exceptions — for source tarballs that aren't available by direct download, or that are from revision control, or that need to be rearchived without unacceptable materials — but they don't apply in these cases.)
