The link is not working and seems to be another version.

I believe that the static libraries were correctly placed in the -static
package as the libracket3m.so is included in the main package and together with
headers from -devel allows for racket embedding.  Same goes for extensions,
which only needed the additional .o file (now too in -devel) in order to link
properly.

Can you please revert the last change and continue using -static package for
static libraries.  They are only needed if someone wants to statically link
with racket.
