Adam: I was wondering the same thing and did some digging. An SPF checking
policy needs to be setup in /etc/postfix/main.cf smtpd_recipient_restrictions
section so that an SPF check result is added to the email headers which can
then be evaluated by OpenDMARC. Afaict these are the two main SPF milters (the
python one is actively developed):

postfix-policyd-spf-python https://launchpad.net/pypolicyd-spf/
postfix-policyd-spf-perl https://launchpad.net/postfix-policyd-spf-perl/

So I guess at least the python one needs to be packaged too if you want to be
able to use OpenDMARC. And off course you need the TXT record(s) too:
