The wiki says the next step in the procedure is to make an "SCM admin request", which requires that I set the "fedora-cvs" flag to "?" on BugZilla. I can't seem to find that flag anywhere. The wiki also says: "If you are newly sponsored member of the Fedora Packager group you might have to wait an hour before you will get the permission to set the flag in Bugzilla as the sync is done hourly" ...but my BugZilla account still has "There are no permission bits set on your account" in the Permissions section.
