I'm one of the two downstream maintainers (along with Ken Dreyer) of XBMC in
RPM Fusion, see: http://rpmfusion.org/AlexLancaster  

You can track our packaging efforts in git here:

I think this package would have to be ported to RPM Fusion, as it's completely
non-functional without the core XBMC package, unless there's some kind of
precedent for having it in Fedora.
