I thought 'chkconfig --add' and 'chkconfig --del' only added and removed links in /etc/rc*..d/ ? AFAIK, /etc/init.d/sslh still needs to be removed by hand / packages. After placing the file in /etc/init.d, I useally do 'chkconfig --add <service>' and 'service <service> start'.
