Looking again at your spec, I stumbled upon this: %files %doc AUTHORS LICENSE README.rst %{python_sitelib}/socialregistration/* (last line). This includes IMHO only the files in the directory, but not the dir itself. (You should remove the asterisk). I'd approve this, when fixed. rpmdev-newspec creates some more instructions than really necessary, that is a known issue.
