It's pretty much any reusable code, whether compiled or not. 'Copylibs' are an exception; it sounds like they're snippets that are copied and pasted. I don't think PyCXX qualifies. Otherwise, none of other usual exceptions seem to apply. There are no significant modifications to PyCXX that FreeCAD needs. PyCXX is released separately from pysvn and released regularly. If we want an exception, we can apply for one with FPC. I'd need help with the argument; if one's not convinced himself, it's hard to convince others. ;) If we did decide to package this, it sounds like we would be supposed to file a duplicate library bug against the pysvn package.
