You could pass --program-prefix=<whatever> (e.g. --program-prefix=leptonica-)
to configure. Then, unless the package's configuration is broken, the packages
should install its binaries as <whatever><program> instead of <program>

Apart of this, I am inclined to believe some of these binaries likely are
testing-programs, which never should be installed (This would mean the
package's configuration is broken).
